Settings
Settings are grouped by page. Open Global settings on the welcome screen, or Settings in the workspace sidebar (Ctrl+,). The header switches Global and Project: project fields are editable only with a project open; anything you do not override keeps the global value.
Click Save when you are done. Click Reload if the toolchain needs to pick up the new paths.
Account
Sign-in, activation codes, and the license server live here. WhyEngineer keys: Sign in. Enterprise server: Enterprise licensing.
Install paths
- Open Settings and select Install paths on the left.
- Set the local folders for Bash, EB tresos, DaVinci, ETAS, and VCOS.
- Click Save. The chips at the top show whether each program was found.
Project path and module filters live on each toolchain page, under Toolchains in the sidebar.
General
Language, light/dark theme, desktop notifications, and the document conversion API used by the knowledge library are under General.
